Why do I want to be healthy? Is it that you want more energy? You want to run in a marathon? You want to be able to play with your grandchildren? What Is your WHY??
By reconnecting with our WHY, we connect with our DRIVE & DESIRE to maintain a healthy life.
For me, I think about how great diet and exercise makes me feel daily, I think about how clear my mind feels, the energy I have, my son and how I will feel when he gets married and possibly brings grandchildren into my life. All these thoughts are what makes me stay motivated and true to my WHY.
So, really ask yourself as many questions as you need to get to the root of your WHY and know that the answer is from within YOU, it is not from anyone or anything else.
