Tanya Beck

Founder & Training Specialist

Tanya’s vision for Coastal Fitness and Correction was formed through her 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. Recognizing the value of exercise beyond a hard-hitting workout, she observed many people struggling with a disconnect between their individual medical circumstances, personal trainer, and healthcare team. This led to her developing a comprehensive system of creating unique fitness programs for individuals living with orthopedic conditions, experiencing post-rehab surgery, neuropathies, or cancer diagnosis.

With an avid passion for advocating for her clients, Tanya is devoted to implementing safe, global health-fitness plans and training her expanding team to do the same.

Driven by Tanya’s meticulous attention to detail and allegiance to helping others feel safer and more confident in their day-to-day environments, Coastal Fitness and Correction is revolutionizing the fitness industry and how it connects to healthcare.
